Whether your mission involves managing the VIP hospitality, selling programmes, managing the Estivales boutique, accompanying and placing the audience, setting up the venue, the VIP areas, serving VIPs in the hall, the kitchen handling, managing the backstage area,… You are all a precious link in this evening dedicated to the Art of Dance.

As with our Liège edition of the Hivernales, we are offering a number of volunteer opportunities, all of which are detailed in the registration form below. Please note that we need a smaller number of volunteers for this new event in Brussels than we did for the Liège edition, so don’t delay in signing up.

Practical details:

• Entries will close on 15 Mai 2025.
• We will contact you by email or telephone to check a few details.
• The tasks assigned and the provisional schedule will then be sent to everyone for confirmation.
• We will organise a meeting by videoconference the day before the Gala: to get to know each other, take a guided tour of BOZAR and give a detailed explanation of the different jobs, answer any questions and make any last-minute adjustments.
